Zarautz is one of the most famous surf spots in Spain and host many contest every year. The high quality waves are very consistent and can work with the slightest amount of swell available. There are multiple sand bars with waves peaking along the beach that help to spread the very competitive crowd. The best conditions happen with N-NW swell and S winds.
