Over 30 years of experience in surf travel and youth camps
Nomad was born out of a genuine love for the ocean and a lifelong passion for surfing. Since 1995, surfing and outdoor sports have shaped who we are and how we work. What began as a search for waves around the world has grown into an international organisation trusted by thousands of travellers and families.
Today, Nomad brings people to some of the world’s best surf destinations, creating meaningful experiences built on expertise, care, and a deep respect for the ocean and the communities around it.
What We Do
At Nomad, we focus on two core areas, each with its own dedicated approach:
Camps for Kids & Teenagers
We design and coordinate international camps for children and teenagers, with a strong focus on safety, supervision, and wellbeing. These programs are created specifically for young people and are supported by experienced teams, clear structures, and carefully selected local partners.
Our teen programs include our Nomad Signature Camps, which follow consistent quality standards across all destinations and are trusted by families year after year.
Surf Travel for Adults
For adults, Nomad acts as a surf travel consultant and specialist, helping surfers of all levels plan surf-focused holidays around the world. We advise, organise, and coordinate surf trips based on experience level, destination, season, and travel style.
Nomad Surf Camps for Teenagers
The Nomad Surf Camps are our flagship youth programs for teenagers aged 12–17. They are designed and coordinated by the Nomad team and delivered in collaboration with carefully selected local partners.

Behind Nomad is a team of passionate surfers, travellers, instructors, coordinators, and youth supervisors. Many of our team members have been with Nomad for years, and some even started their journey as campers themselves.

SURF AND YOGA RETREATS

SURFING HOLIDAYS FOR GROUPS
We provide end of the year surf trips for large travel groups - including Erasmus, clubs, schools, universities, Team building, and corporations . Choose from surfing, kite-surfing, yoga, kayaking and more. We offer accommodation with up to 110 beds.
SURF CAMPS FOR TEENAGERS
We have been offering summer camps for children and teenagers since 1995. Expert team of qualified instructors - who are trained lifeguards - will provide a supervision around the clock. Language courses are an optional add on.
OTHER BOARD RIDING SPORTS
Nomad isn’t just for surfers. We cater for kitesurfing, snowboarding, windsurfing, stand-up paddle-boarding, skating and more.
