Surfing in Overberg

Overberg is located in the Western Cape region of South Africa and it’s one of the greatest surfing destinations in the country. There you can find all kinds of waves like perfect A-frames, point breaks and powerful slabs. The best time of the year to visit this area is during autumn and spring. This is when the weather is mild and lighter winds prevails bringing good waves to the unsheltered coast of the Western Cape.
