Surfing in Pembrokeshire
Pembrokeshire is located in the southwest of Wales. There you will find a beautiful coastal national park that has 3 peninsulas and many secluded bays with a big variety of setups. There are beaches and point breaks facing multiple directions offering all kinds of waves and as long as there is a good swell going on there will always be a spot where the wind will be offshore. Most of the beaches face the west meaning that the best swells usually come from west or southwest. Pembrokeshire has consistent waves all year round since the area is very exposed to the North Atlantic Ocean and catches any hint of swell. The problem is usually the opposite when the waves are too big, but sheltered coves are a good option for the stormy days.
