Surfing in East China

China has a long coastline with lots of different set ups. The main surfing scene in the country happens around the islands of Hong Kong and Taiwan leaving the east coast pretty much unexplored by local or expat surfers. The most consistent time of the year to surf in this area is during the winter monsoon or on the typhoon season that goes from June to October
