Praia do Recreio

Praia do Recreio is located on the west coast of Rio de Janeiro and it’s known for having consistent surf conditions. The 3 km of beach offers good breaks with a-frames scattered along the coast. On the right corner of Praia do Recreio you will find a huge rock that works as a point break and offers protection from the strong SW wind. Works well with southerly swells and with all tides.
