Praia de Ipanema

Ipanema Beach is the continuation of Arpoador Beach and has lots of good waves spread along different sand bars. Goof left handers break with E swells that usually come with a strong current and when the swell turns to SW the right hands work better. Seams to be better on lower tides but also can be fun with high. Usually has a crowd on the best break of the day but other fun waves are also breaking around the beach.
