Praia da Barra da Tijuca

Barra da Tijuca Beach is where the WSL used to hold the annual stop of the tour before changing it to Saquarema. With almost 18km of coastline this is the longest beach in Rio de Janeiro and it’s known for having consistent waves. There are lots of peaks scattered along the beach that help to spread the crowd.
