Ketewel

Ketewel is an inconsistent right hand reef break located 15min up north from Sanur. This surf spot needs a large swell, preferably from the south to work properly. The best time to surf in Gumicik and in the East coast of Bali is during the wet season from Nov-April when westerly winds are more consistent. Best wind direction is from W and swell from S. This surf spot works best from mid to high tide and is usually uncrowded. Be careful with sea urchins and strong currents.
