Bournemouth

The east side of Bournemouth Pier is one of the most famous surf spots in the English Channel. There you will find good sandbars formations with fun lefts heading straight to the pier and long right handers peeling fast to the beach. The west side of the beach has other peaks but has no shelter from the SW wind. The easiest way to paddle out is through the channel next to the pier. Works best with large SW or SE swells and N wind. On the right conditions can provide some sick barrels. Usually crowded and very hard to park during summertime.
