Echo Beach Surf Camp - Canggu, Bali. Indonesia

A unique Surf Village nestled between the beach and the rice fields of Canggu. Neighbor to one of Bali’s best surf spots, the guests are just a few minutes away from the beach yet still enjoy the calmness of the Bali life. The Surf Village sits on a 3, 300 square meters plot of beautifully landscaped land and also blends luxurious local architecture with an international touch in decor and facilities offered. Everyone will know they are in Bali as soon as they enter the gates of the accommodation, yet they will not miss the comfort of their standard of living.

Every morning there are yoga classes that reunite all the guests in a relaxing environment. While the sun is rising in the background and the guests are reconnecting with themselves in the yoga class, the staff sets the breakfast table with juices, coffee, tea, lots of different fruits, toasts, jam, yoghurt, granola, cereal and much more. Every guest get to chose one of the main breakfast dishes as a smoothie bowl, a plate of scrambled eggs plate with tomatoes and mushrooms, a jaffle, a banana pancake and so on. All guests are having breakfast together at a long table in the middle of the Surf Village, surrounded by the sound of water dripping and birds singing.  

After the amazing breakfast, the rest of the activities of the day start. At 9.45 AM, guests can choose to go surfing with the local surfing staff around in the area (location depends on swells and winds). There are also other activities available as Muay Thai, Bungee Fitness and Aerial Yoga. The afternoons ends with the second yoga session of the day while the sun is setting over the Surf Village. 

The Surf Camp offers comfortable rooms and luxurious bedding, spacious bathrooms, TV and DVD, mini fridge, AC as well as a safe deposit box. The accommodation’s common areas are spacious and surrounded by nature and green tropical environment. You will want to swim in the cooling pool all day long and laze around the hammocks. There are also other facilities such as a pool bar, massage bale bengong, yoga & activities floor and an eating area.

“A really nice and relaxing surf village in the outskirts of Canggu (near Pererenan). There are yoga lessons twice a day in a relaxing yoga shack located in the village. Guests have to stay for minimum a week, which creates a cool atmosphere where people start to know each other and it feels like being a part of a big family while everyone is having a healthy breakfast together in the morning. A lot of female guests between 20-30 years old are staying at this place, but it’s also popular for families and couples seeking some quiet time away. The surf lessons are very organised with transportations back and forth to the breaks (different breaks every day depending on the surf conditions). The local surf guides are doing a great job giving surf lessons to the guests and everyone is always happy after a surf session in Bali.”
