INTRODUCTION
Surf Camp is located in a secluded region of Nyang Nyang Island, in the north Mentawai Islands, between the Pit Stop and Nipussi surf breaks. The island stretches approximately 5km from end to end, densely covered with lush, tropical rainforest. There are 3 breaks in walking distance from camp.
Consistent swell and light winds, warm waters and the world class surfing conditions all year round. Daily boat transfers are available to lots of waves and even some secret spots. Whether you’re natural or goofy, advanced beginner or the most experienced surfer, we will find the right wave for you. Other fun activities include fishing or spear fishing and snorkelling with colourful reef fish and turtles in the lagoon.
With breakfast, lunch and dinner taken care of, you can relax under a palm tree, watch the sunrise and get transported by boat to some of the best surf breaks in the world. In the free time you can use common areas with games and TV. With us you will experience a true island life with lodge style accommodation.

ISLAND STYLE ACCOMMODATION
Our Surf Camp is nestled on a palm fringed island in the Northern Mentawai Islands, between the Pit Stop and Nipussi surf breaks in the area of Nyang Nyang Island. Our beachfront paradise set atop a small hill with access straight to a beautiful pristine lagoon perfect for those who like to swim or snorkel. With breakfast, lunch and dinner taken care of, you can relax under a palm tree, watch the sunrise and get transported by boat to some of the best surf breaks in the world. The Islands are a true surfing mecca, known for countless quality breaks. With us you will experience a true island life with lodge style accommodation.
At our surf camp we offer:

MENTAWAI IS ONE OF THE MOST WAVE RICH DESTINATIONS IN THE WORLD
Consistent swell and light winds, warm waters and the world class surfing conditions all year round. Daily boat transfers are available to lots of waves and even some secret spots. Whether you’re natural or goofy, advanced beginner or the most experienced surfer, we will find the right wave for you. Clean, head high waves going off under offshore winds are guaranteed. Waves vary in size from 2 to 12 foot with the average day being 3-5 ft. They can range anywhere from fun sized walls to awesome stand-up barrels, there are waves for all levels of surfer.
Other fun activities include fishing or spear fishing and snorkelling with colourful reef fish and turtles to see.
MENTAWAI SURF ADVENTURE
17 Day, 16 Night Surf Adventure – start Friday each week

We start in Padang, West Sumatra, you will be picked up from the airport by our local driver who will take you back to your first nights hotel in Padang. On the next morning you will head to Siberut by Fast Ferry. Once you arrive in Siberut its a 45 minute Speedboat trip to our Camp Mentawai.
After arrival, relax in our beachfront paradise set atop a small hill with access straight to a beautiful lagoon. The adventure can start and until the day of departure you can fully enjoy over 15 world class surf breaks, each within a 20 minute boat ride from your accommodation.
On the day of your departure from Mojosurf Camp Mentawai, you will leave approx 11am (enough time for a last surf at Nipussi or Pitstops) to embark on Mentawai Fast ferry back to Padang on Saturday. Your accommodation is then included on the Saturday night and airport transfer on the Sunday for your flight.

The Island is an undeveloped piece of paradise, populated only by a small number of locals, catering to surfers. There are 3 breaks in walking distance from camp.
Getting Here
The boat departs from Padang, West-Sumatra, Indonesia. You must fly in Minangkabau International Airport.
You will be picked up from the airport by our local driver who will take you back to your first nights hotel in Padang.
On the next morning you will head to Siberut by Fast Ferry. Once you arrive in Siberut its a 45 minute Speedboat trip to our Camp Mentawai.
