INTRODUCTION
French Alps International Language Camp offers a high-quality summer experience at Megève. The camp was designed for children and teens who want to learn a language and have an unforgettable holiday.
Since 1996, the program has combined small language classes with a full activity schedule and a strong focus on safety, care, and personal attention. The campers will live the language every day through real immersion. Campers learn English or French naturally with passionate, qualified native teachers in small classes (maximum 8 students), which allows for personal attention and faster progress.
What makes the experience special is the international mix of campers, including French-speaking students, so children practice the language in a genuine way while sharing their own culture and making new friends. Outside the classroom, each day brings a new adventure—sports, creative workshops, and outdoor excursions—run by certified professionals and a caring team. Activities are organized by age to encourage natural communication, confidence, and, above all, fun.
THE ACCOMMODATION
Campers stay in a beautiful alpine hotel in the center of Megève. Rooms are shared by two children, creating a comfortable and safe environment.
The camp includes full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), with balanced meals adapted to children’s needs. The team is present and supportive throughout the day, and the atmosphere is warm, friendly, and well organized.
Your child’s safety and well-being come first. With a 1:5 counselor-to-camper ratio and professional supervision at all times, campers are always supported and well cared for.
THE ACTIVITIES
This camp is built around a simple routine: language learning in the morning and fun activities in the afternoon.
PROGRAMS BY AGE: We offer 3 programs
Fun Program (Ages 6–9): The perfect first adventure away from home!
- Morning: Interactive and fun language classes (English or French)
- Afternoon: Swimming, tree climbing, mini golf, hiking, creative workshops
- Excursions: Visit of local farms, cheese making factories, visit of glaciers and national parks
- Evenings: Team games, campfire marshmallows, and of course — the famous Friday night party!
Adrenaline Program (Ages 10–13): For energetic kids or those who love challenges!
- Morning: English or French lessons with role plays and interactive sessions
- Afternoon: Rafting, karting, rock climbing, canoeing, and outdoor adventure games
- Excursions: Visit of the Glacier Mer de Glace, the town of Annecy with its beautiful lake
- Evenings: Stargazing, talent shows, group games and contests
Mont-Blanc Program (Ages 14–16): bigger adventures and teen-focused challenges
- Morning: Immersive language workshops to boost oral skills
- Afternoon: Caving, canyoning, via ferrata, mountain biking, golf, horseback riding
- Excursions: High-altitude hiking, visit of glaciers and overnight stay in the mountain shelters
- Evenings: Stargazing nights, themed parties, creative workshops

Set in the French Alps, the camp takes place in the charming village of Megève, right at the foot of Mont Blanc. This stunning mountain setting offers an inspiring backdrop for discovery, with a great mix of outdoor adventures and water-based activities suited to both younger children and teenagers.
Thanks to the full-immersion environment, campers enjoy a safe, motivating place to explore nature and experience local culture. From scenic hikes to creative workshops and a wide range of mountain sports, every day brings memorable experiences that build confidence, curiosity, and a real sense of adventure.
Getting Here
Most international travelers arrive via Geneva Airport (GVA) and then travel to Megève.
Common ways to reach the camp:
- Camp transfer service (optional): airport pick-up and drop-off can be arranged in advance (extra fee applies; pricing depends on the number of passengers)
- Private transfer/taxi: the most direct and comfortable option for families
- Public transport: train/bus combinations are possible, but they usually take longer and may require changes. If your child is traveling as an unaccompanied minor (UM), please tell us in advance so we can confirm the correct transfer option and any required supplement.
