University

University is located in the central region of Ghana’s Gold Coast. This beach break has good exposure to swells and surf tends to be better during spring. The best conditions are offshore wind from the N and swell from the S. There are fun left and right hand waves breaking in front of the University and the Castle and the beach can offer some shelter from the westerly winds. The lineup is usually uncrowded, just be careful with the rocks.
