INTRODUCTION
Right in front of Matadouro beach in a perfect location, walking distance to Ericeira villa, our surf and beach house makes you feel at home. With 7 Twin Rooms, you will feel the calm atmosphere at our garden, balconies, living room and a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook all your meals.
We will be here to support you in whatever you would like to do, giving you the freedom to chose your perfect vacations.
In case you just want to have a rest just do it. Surf/SUP or just go to the beach? Yoga? Have nice meals in the village? Have a drink in one of the village bars? Just enjoy and meet other people.
In total, we can accommodate 14 people. If you are a group just contact us. Surf Packages are also available.
You are always welcome being a good surfer or just beginner or not even a surfer.

Surf
Group Surf Lessons
Group surf lessons are with a maximum of 6 people per instructor. Each day our certified instructors choose the best beaches with the right conditions for the level of the group and they will give personalized feedback to each person.
Levels: Beginners, intermediate and advanced
Include: Surfboard, wetsuit, insurance and transfer to/from the beach
Private Surf Lessons
Private surf lessons are with 1 / 2 / 3 / 4. Each day our certified instructors choose the best beaches with right conditions for the level of the group and they will give personalized feedbacks to each person.
Levels: Beginners, intermediate and advanced
Include: Surfboard, wetsuit, insurance and transfer to/from the beach

Location
All you need is in a walking distance meaning, town center with the best restaurant and bars, supermarket, pharmacy …It will be a really easy life.
Getting Here
By CAR
Coming from A8, from either Lisbon or Leiria, exit to A21 direction Malveira / Mafra / Ericeira. At the roundabout just after Ericeira toll, take the 4th exit towards center in the sea direction. Entering Ericeira turn right to S. Sebastião / Ribeira D´Ilhas /Parque de Campismo. You will find Moinhos do Mar at your right, halfway between S. Sebastião and Ericeira Camping, after a roundabout and facing a small children’s playground. The House is in the first condominium house, on your right, just after Moinhos do Mar front entrance.
By BUS
From Lisbon (nearly 45 Km) – take Ericeira bus at Campo Grande Terminal
From Torres Vedras (nearly 35 Km) – take Ericeira bus at Terminal Rodoviário
From Sintra (nearly 35 Km) – take Ericeira bus at Portela de Sintra Terminal
Turn right out of the bus station walk 5 minutes on the main road until you reach the Galerias Comerciais São Sebastião (shopping centre).
