Surf Spots

La Guadeloupe and Grande-Terre in particular swarms with good breaks. Its orientation facing the open Atlantic enables it to receive swells from all directions, from the North Atlantic depressions (winter) to cyclonic depressions (summer) and the swell generated by the trade winds (winter). There is a long, gentle and regular right hander at Vieux Port, ideal for beginners and a 5 minute walk from the Surfhouse.

Port Saint François Wave is a right which unrolls on a cool reef, this wave allows a training in full safety.

Port Louis wave is a superb left/right unrolling on a coral reef working by swell from north, the wind comes in very often offshore. It is a fast and long wave but remains nevertheless accessible until 1.5m. A treat which it is necessary to deserve with more of 300m edge. Exceptional framework.

Sainte Anne wave is reserved to the confirmed surfers. It is a short left but sometimes intense with pretty barrels inside.

Moule left is a spot which often work, it receives the swells from Eastern to the North. Very sympathetic and very attended wave.

A lot of other goods reefs exist, less accessible than it is necessary to deserve. They are in general intended to the experienced surfers.
