CATCH THE WAVES
Experience the thrill of surfing with 5 sessions each week in the stunning coastal setting of Biarritz. Guided by fully qualified surf coaches from our partner surf school, these sessions are tailored to each participant’s level and held in French, blending language learning with hands-on surf practice. With all equipment provided, including wetsuits and boards, you can focus on mastering the waves in small groups of 8 students for a more personalised experience. Sessions times are, adjusted to the tides, offering the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the surf culture of the Basque coast.
20 FRENCH LESSONS PER WEEK
During one week, you will enjoy 20 engaging French lessons of 45 minutes each, from Monday to Friday. Depending on your level, our educational team will determine whether your classes take place in the morning or afternoon. With our 15-hour program, you will develop your skills in speaking, writing, listening, and reading. If you’re a complete beginner in French, we also offer the perfect introductory class to get you started.

Homestay: Standard Single Room with Private Bathroom + Breakfast
- Low Season: 300 € per week
- High Season: 355 € per week
Arrivals on Sunday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Departures on Saturday before 12 p.m. – For arrivals before 5 p.m. or departures after 12 p.m.: supplement of 35 €
For 2 students traveling together, the option of a Double-Twin room may be possible, please contact our team.

Surf lessons
You benefit from 5 afternoon lessons of 1h30/week – times vary according to the tides.
Surf lessons take place on the famous Côte des Basques beach, located 15 minutes’ walk from the school, and on the beaches of Anglet.
On the 1st day, an instructor will pick you up at the school and take you to the beach. On subsequent days, you’ll go on your own. Depending on weather conditions, surf lessons may be moved to other beaches, in which case transportation will be provided.

French Lessons
French courses take place from Monday to Friday mornings at our school, on the basis of 20 lessons per week.
Following a placement test, you will be directed to the most appropriate class according to your level of French and your objectives. Classes are international and exclusively taught in French by experienced teachers with degrees in French as a foreign language. Group classes are limited to a maximum of 12 people, to give everyone more time to speak and encourage conversation and exchange.
The School have set up an online placement test, to be taken before your arrival, to assess your knowledge of written comprehension and production. This test will be supplemented by an oral interview on the first day of class to:
- Ensure that writing skills match oral levels
- Better identify your skills and objectives
- Place you in a class adapted to your level and needs
- At the end of your program, the school will issue you with an end-of-session certificate stating the number of hours attended and the level reached.

Biarritz is a French surf capital on the Basque Coast, with famous beaches perfect for wave-riding and cultural immersion amid stunning coastal scenery.
Surf lessons take place on the famous Côte des Basques beach, located 15 minutes’ walk from the school, and on the beaches of Anglet.
The school is located in the heart of Biarritz, just steps from the beach and Les Halles de Biarritz, our school features four bright classrooms, a cozy café-lounge, and a fully equipped kitchen – all housed in a beautiful traditional building.
