Tamarin Bay

Tamarin Bay is located on the west coast and is the most famous surf spot in Mauritius. Although conditions can be fickle when a large swell wraps around the corner of Tamarin Bay and breaks along the reef, producing a long world class left hander with hollow barreling sections. Works better with SW swell and mid to high tide. Be careful with sea urchins, sharp reef, currents, sharks and respect the locals.
