Virginia is a state located in the east coast of the USA. There are plenty of waves to be found in the offshore islands but the only access is by boat which keeps these gems exclusive to a few privileged local surfers that know where and when the best waves are. Virginia Beach or VA Beach as known locals also has their share of waves although the conditions might not be amazing on a regular basis.
