You can choose between two single beds or one double bed. The shared bathroom is conveniently located across the hall and shared by a maximum of four people.
- Attic room: 1-2 pax
You can choose between two single beds or one double bed. The shared bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway and is used by a maximum of four people.
- Superior room: 1-2 pax
You can choose between two single beds or one double bed. The private bathroom with natural light provides extra comfort, while the Juliet balcony is a pleasant addition.
- Family Room: 3-5 pax
The family room accommodates 3 to 5 guests and features 5 single beds, 2 of which can be combined to form a double bed. Located on the lower ground floor, this charming room has 3 windows overlooking the garden and stands out for its individual character and the use of natural materials, creating a particularly warm and homely atmosphere. In addition to the sleeping area, the room offers a cosy sitting area and a private bathroom.
- Dorm Room: Max 5 pax
The dormitory features 5 single beds, each separated by a room divider at the headboards. Located on the lower ground floor, this charming room has 3 windows overlooking the garden and stands out for its individual character and the use of natural materials, creating a particularly warm and homely atmosphere. In addition to the sleeping area, the room includes a cosy sitting area, a bathroom, and 5 lockable wardrobes.

THE ACTIVITIES
Porto and its surrounding area are a vibrant surf hotspot, with over 25 beaches within 35 km offering waves for both beginners and experienced surfers. The Costa Verde coastline features long, often deserted beaches and world-class surf—without the crowded line-ups.
Surf lessons are the core, with certified instructors providing tailored sessions for all levels in small groups of 8 max. Sessions run 1.5-3 hours daily on Porto region’s top beaches like Espinho, Matosinhos, Leça da Palmeira, and Azurara, with vans, boards, wetsuits, and insurance included.

Nestled in Porto’s trendy Bonfim neighborhood, the lodge offers authentic local vibes away from crowds yet close to the historic center. Enjoy cozy cafés, craft-beer pubs, art galleries, and excellent restaurants amid tree-lined streets blending traditional and modern architecture.
Surf spots are 20-40 minutes away via van; metro is 700m (3 stops to center), bus 100m, or Uber downtown in 10 minutes for ~5 EUR. Over 25 beaches within 35km provide uncrowded waves on the Costa Verde coastline.
Getting Here
Taxi or Uber
Getting to the lodge from Porto Airport (OPO), which is located 15 km away, is quick and straightforward. The easiest way is by taxi or Uber, with the ride taking about 15 minutes and costing approximately 30 EUR by taxi or around 20 EUR by Uber.
Metro
But the metro also offers an easy way to get to the Surf Lodge.
1. From the airport, take metro line E towards Trindade; the ride takes about 25 minutes.
2. At Trindade, get off and transfer to metro line D (the yellow line) towards Hospital São João.
3. After three stops, get off at Combatentes and exit the station via the Igreja das Antas exit.
4. Immediately to your right, you’ll see a BP gas station; walk past it and follow R. Agostinho de Campos for about 600 meters.
