Surfing in Kadavu Passage
Kadavu Passage is located in the South Pacific and it’s the patch of water in between the islands of Suva and Kadavu that are part of the Fijian archipelago. Most breaks in this area consist of strong swells coming from deep water and unleashing their power on shallow parts of the reef creating remarkable waves. These spots are usually situated far from the shore requiring a boat to access them. Most of the time the wind picks up around mid morning and although the early surf session can be cleaner there are still surfable waves through the rest of the day and usually less crowded.
