The west coast of Portugal is an amazing location offering unique conditions for surfing – deserted beaches and uncrowded waves, reserved just for you. You will find waves for all levels of surfing, with many point and beach breaks. Our team of highly professional, certified teachers offers classes to people of all ages and all levels: from beginners to advanced surfers.

 Surfing classes are divided into three levels with different theoretical and practical goals. SUP classes will have ‘flat water’ and ‘wave’ components.

Surf Sessions

Participants – from the age of 8, beginner, intermediate and advanced. Groups are formed based on the age and level. It is also possible to take individual lessons for 1 or 2 people. Duration -each session lasts 4 hours up to 5 hours.

Gear – All equipment and amenities like blanket, sunscreen, shower, hot or cold drink are provided.

Family Surf Sessions

Participants – exclusively for families – mainly parents and children. Starting at the age of 8, surfing levels – beginner, intermediate and advanced.

Duration – each session lasts 4 hours up to 5 hours.

Gear – All equipment and amenities like blanket, sunscreen, shower, hot or cold drink are provided.

Stand Up Paddle

Participants – children and adults from the age of 8, at distinct levels. Each group – formed based on the age and level. Private sessions available for 1 or 2 people.

Duration –  4 hours up to 6 hours (depending on location).

Gear -All equipment and amenities like blanket, sunscreen, shower, hot or cold drink are provided.

Discover your Body, clear your Mind and find Peace in our Body & Mind studio with a breathtaking sea view. The sessions take place in the studio, on the beach or on the cliffs. 

Yoga

In our classes different techniques are used such as Sámkhya – philosophy of living in the present and enhancing the harmony, Pujá, Pránáyáma (breathing), Ásana, Bandha, Kryá, Mantra (kírtanam), Yoganidrá (relaxation), Dhyána (meditation), are all adapted to each practitioner, regardless of their level of practice. 

Participants – Our Yoga sessions are designed for different levels of ability.  

There are also sessions targeted towards surfing.

Duration – 1 hour.

Gear – Yoga mat is provided. Hot or cold drink after lesson.

Yoga Kids

With magic and lots of fun we offer yoga classes for kids, which are proven to be an asset in the learning process of children, in their health and well-being, creativity, stress management and concentration

Participants – Children between 3 and 12 years old.

Duration – 1 hour.

Gear – Yoga mat is provided. Hot or cold drink after lesson.

Liquid Balance

Participants – designed for people at different levels.

Duration – 1 hour.

Gear – Yoga platforms, mat is provided. Hot or cold drink and towels after lesson.

Stretching

Participants – The Stretching sessions for all levels of ability to help the body relax, recover and to prepare for sports and adventures. 

Duration – 1 hour.

Gear – Yoga mat is provided. Hot or cold drink after lesson.

Skate with us on wood waves to the sound of the OCEAN. There is a wood pool and a wood wave available to learn to slide and to make some curves. 

Skate

Participants – beginners from the age of 8. Each group – formed according to age and level. Private sessions for 1 or 2 people available.

Duration – 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Gear – Skate board and protections for the head, elbows, knees and hands.

Longboard Dancing Skate

Participants – age of 8 at different levels and for those who want to learn how to slide and dance on wheels. Each group – formed according to age and level. Private sessions for 1 or 2 people available.

Duration – 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Gear – Skate board and protections for the head, elbows, knees and hands.

Surf Tour

Participants – young people and adults at more advanced technical levels. The guide will take the group to the best peaks of the west coast. It is also possible to arrange private tours for 1 or 2 people.

Duration –  up to 8 hours.

Gear – Surfboard, apparel, leash, wax provided. Blankets, sunscreen, shower, hot or cold drinks.

Stand Up Paddle Tour

Participants – young people and adults at intermediate and advanced levels. The guide will take the group to the best peaks of the west coast. It is also possible to arrange private tours for 1 or 2 people.

Duration – up to 5 hours

Gear – S.U.P board, apparel, leash, paddle and life jacket. Blankets, sunscreen, shower, hot or cold drinks provided.

Trekking

The walks along the paths and cliffs on the coast line are the perfect activity for all nature lovers. Some trails are more difficult than others, but all of them have an a breathtaking view to the beaches and landscape of Santa Cruz. Accompanied by a local guide.

Functional Training

 Sessions are aimed to improve fitness and sporting performance generally. They are intended for participants over 13 years of age at different fitness levels.

Trip to Shaper´s Workshop

The workshop where a local shaper designs, produces and markets surfboards tailored according to each surfer´s needs. We will have an opportunity to take a glimpse into the space of creation of boards that help us ride the perfect wave.
