In consideration to the Covid 19, we would like to inform you that all bookings may be postponed for 12 months if necessary. You will not lose your deposit. But we hope things go back to normal in just few weeks.
We also continue to get bookings for summer 2020 and we encourage you to do so in order to guarantee your place. We work on the basis of first come first serve. The good news is that if there is still travel restrictions or health recommendations you will not lose your deposit, and you will be able to postpone for another 12 months.
By making a reservation with an accommodation provider, you accept and agree to the relevant payment, cancellation and no-show policy of that accommodation provider, and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions of the accommodation provider that may apply to your reservation or during your stay. The initial reservation deposit paid to Nomadsurfers is non refundable under any circumstance.
If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please contact the accommodation (details in the booking confirmation email). Please note that besides the initial deposit, you may be charged for your cancellation under the accommodation cancellation policy.
We recommend that you carefully read the cancellation, pre-payment and no-show policy of the accommodation provider before making your reservation or make further payments that may be required.
The participants yield the image rights of the pictures/videos taken while attending the camps, independently anywhere in the world, and expressly authorises Nomad Surfers to its diffusion and reproduction.
Please note that the Ranking is created through a fully automated ranking system (algorithm) and is based on multiple criteria. The guests after they have travelled may leave their review on our website to inform other customers of your opinion on the service and quality of accommodation. Nomadsurfers reserves the right to adjust or remove reviews at our sole discretion.
Making a booking with us will automatically add your email address to our subscribers list to receive further promotions.
THE GUEST HOUSE IS OBLIGED TO ENSURE:
- Conditions for full and undisturbed rest of the guest.
- Safety of stay and privacy. Every guest provides its consent to processing their personal information for the purposes of checking in and placing its data in the Guest House Database. Guest has the right to review and correct its personal data.
- Professional and polite service in respect of all services rendered by the Guest House.
- Cleaning of the room and performing necessary repairs of equipment during the guest’s absence or in their presence is so requested by the guest.
AT THE GUEST’S REQUEST, THE GUEST HOUSE RENDERS THE FOLLOWING FREE-OF-CHARGE SERVICES:
- Information concerning the guest’s stay and travel
- Wake-up call at a time specified
- Storage of money and valuable belongings during the stay
- Usage of drinking water, all day.
All the rooms are Non-Smoking. If smoking or any drug use is noticed by our management, they are allowed to charge a fine up to USD 150 and proceed an early check out.
Please do not put and Flush the Toilet Papers, cotton buds, tampons, sanitary pads or any other material inside Toilet as this may lead to blockage. A waste bin will be provided inside toilet, our house keeping will clear the bin daily.
Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out and going to bed. For the convenience of the Guest, electronic safety lockers are provided in the room to store any valuables.
The Guest House renders services in accordance with its category and standard. Guests are requested to submit any complaints regarding the quality of services at the reception desk as soon as possible, thus allowing for our staffs immediate reaction.
A fine of USD 10 to USD 50 will be charged if the Towels / Sheets / Linens gets stained or damaged.
GOVERNMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS AND APPLICATION OF LAWS
As this is a local Island, we follow the rules and regulation of Government and Religion. Hence, usage of Alcohol or Drugs at the property or in this Island is prohibited.
Wearing Bikini or similar swim wear inside the streets of the Island is prohibited. It is allowed only at the beach side.
To respect the rest of other guests, be careful not to slam the doors or make too much noise especially between 21H00 and 9H00. Any noise of neighborhood related to the behavior of a person may cause the Guest House to invite the customer to leave the establishment without refund since the noise generated is likely to undermine the tranquility of the clientele.
We will hold you responsible for any damage or loss caused to our property by your acts or omissions, default, accident or neglect. By booking with us you agree to indemnify us and to pay us on demand an amount reasonably required to make good or to rectify such damage or loss caused by you. Normal wear and tear are excluded.
Please report any accidents or incidents to the guest house management in connection with any property damage as early as possible.
The Guest is responsible for the activities and excursions arranged by themselves. The management cannot be responsible for any accidents occurred during surfing, snorkeling, diving etc., the Guest has to take care of themselves.
The Bito’s Guest House cannot be held liable if any of the following events or conditions prevents the guest house from fulfilling its obligation to guests. However, the guest house will take necessary steps to minimize disruption and discomfort to guests under these conditions:
- Unanticipated interruption to electricity, water, sewage to and from the guest house.
- Religious, Cultural & Traditional Activities in the Island.
- Industrial actions, civil uprising or criminal activity.
- Fire, frost, flooding, wind or any other force major event.
The owners of Bito’s Guesthouse are dedicated to the protection of our planets resources and would encourage our guests to help us by:
- Switching off lights when not in use;
- Ensuring that taps are always turned off after use;
- Avoiding the unnecessary use of towels – just use what you need!
- We will sort the recyclable rubbish collected from guest rooms i.e. paper, plastic, metal and glass;
Bed sheets washed daily in thousands of hotels in this world and millions of gallons of water and tons of detergent. Our standard is to change your bed linens and sheets every fourth day of your stay and during checkout to minimize the usage of more water and more detergents. If you would like your linens and sheets changed sooner, we will gladly do so. Please request the service at the reception staffs.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCIES OR FIRE
Please notify the reception as soon as possible in the event of fire or other emergencies. A map that shows emergency exits can be found on the back of your room door located in each guest room.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended to attend any of our camps or surf charters. You can use any travel insurance you wish although we recommend you to buy it with World Nomads Travel Insurance. Cancelation Insurance: This benefit provides compensation for the amount that the insured has paid for their trip in case of cancelation due to accident, illness, or death of a family member (up to the policy limit). The insurance covers your airplane tickets and the accommodation booked. Please refer to the link above for more information.
