El Faro – Biobio, Chile

El Faro is located at the tip of the cape of Lebu. There you will find a heavy left hand reef break recommended for advanced surfers and bodyboarders, a sheltered sandbar in front of a river mouth and also 2 jetties. Be careful with strong currents and the exposed rocks at the point. Works best with S to W swells and S winds.
