Consolação (Peniche)

Consolação has a long right hander that breaks to the south of the headland and an inconsistent hollow left hander that only works with huge swells located close to the fortress. The right hander captures more swell and can have big waves. Both surf spots have heavy waves and offer good protection from northerly winds. Best conditions happen with high tide, NW-S swell and E-NW wind.
