If you decide to jump on one of the exclusive surf trip you will have a chance to experience an authentic surf discovery – camp for a few nights under the stars and chase waves along the coast. There will be 3-4 nights camping at the beach (the other nights you will spend in comfortable hotels).
You will sleep under the starry African sky at single camping tents equipped with sleeping bags, pillow and camping mattress.
If you decide to stay put in our Cabo Ledo accommodation (Resort or Stone Houses) there is still a possibility to arrange single-day camping and get a taste of this unforgettable experience!

Luanda
The capital of Angola
Luanda is a dynamic place to visit and one you are unlikely to forget. Although the crime and violence rates are lower than in other big cities like Rio de Janeiro or Johannesburg, we recommend some caution and not to walk or ride alone at night. As we move away from Luanda, you will find a completely different and slow-paced country, where you will meet humble people with an extraordinary good temper and who are eager to make their visitors feel at home.
Cabo Ledo
120 km from Luanda
Cabo Ledo beach is the most frequented by surfers and is bap- tized by its regulars as The Surfers Beach. Here you can enjoy a wave almost perpendicular to the beach and that rolls through the extension of the whole bay. This makes reaching the peak much easier and is a feature which you will find in many other beaches in Angola. Situated near a fishing village 120 km from Luanda, Cabo Ledo is one of the most important areas for tourism and offers nowadays first class accommodation. Beyond the surf, adventure is everywhere, with beautiful paths to cross, totally virgin climbing spots and a highly developed animal life..
Vaccinations & Health - IMPORTANT!
The yellow fever vaccine is required to get the visa and to pass the police at the border control.
When it comes to health, it is advised to check doctor and your vaccinations prior to travelling and take malaria prophylactic medication as well as insect repellents. If necessary, Angola has a good health care system with hospitals and clinics throughout the country.
