Red Frog Surf Hostel in the middle of the jungle and sourrounded by blue cristal water Surf Club offers you lodging, surfing, co-work space, activities, relax, yoga and music, from here, the world is your oyster.
You can choose a shared experience of accommodation in our dorms, or stay in our standar, private, deluxe or bungalow rooms and try local delicacies or cook the catch of the day yourself in our common kitchen.
You don´t need anything else!

Lessons & Guiding
Surf School
We teach surfers of all levels. Professional and experienced surf teachers coach you. They will get you to that next level and help you get the most from your surfing. We use the latest and most advanced equipments to provide the best feeling ever, all the lessons include surfboard and all equipment needed.
Lessons
Group lessons (max. 4 people)-2 hours per day-equipment included.

Our Surf Team guides will found good waves for your level and surf with you in the best spots.

Surf Spots
Bluff Beach
Beach break for advanced level, long strip of wild and rawcostline, The wave is heavy and powerful, massive tubes in shallow water.
Paunch Reef
Right and left Reef Breaker Intermediate-Advanced level. The big set waves create a hollow barrel section followed by a long and open wall for turns. It is soft and far only when small.
Tiger Tails
Right and Left Reef Break for intermediate – advanced levels. Shallow reef that produces right and left-hands sections. The wave is fun and holds power when the swell is small, but it can also turn fast and hollow when it’s big. You can find right and left barrels as well as nice walls to snap on.
There is a big rock that sticks out of the water on the left that you need to avoid if you ride the wave to the end.
Carenero Point
Left Point Break for Intermediate – Advanced. On the best days, the wave can break from the top all the way to the inside, delivering long rides with multiple barrel sections and open walls.
Old Mans
Left Point Break for beginners to intermediate. A perfect mini-point break during big swells.
Black Rock
Reef Break for beginner to intermediate, it breaks over a deep reef with right and left sections. The waves breaks over a deep reef and has channels on either side of it.
Wizard Beach
Beach Break for beginners to advanced. It can be perfect spot fobeginners when it is small and stay fun for advanced surfers when it is chest high and bigger. A perfect day you will experience crystal clear water, long open walls, 180 degree jungle views and rainbow spray of the backs of the waves.
Red Frog Beach
Beach Breaks for Beginner to advanced. Fast wave unless in a small swell.
Long Beach
Beach Break for beginners to advanced, with good conditions, the wave will have long open walls with big square barrels and super clear water.

LOCATION & GETTING HERE
LOCATION
Special place where you can spend the day surfing, island hopping or scuba diving. At night, enjoy live music at our venue, then head out of Bocas Town for a some beer, rum and reggae. Just a few minutes by boat to the town center.
Nearby surfing spots: Bluff, Dumpers, Paunch, Silverbacks,Careñeros.

Getting Here
From the airport
From Panamá City, you can take a direct flight from the Albrook Airport to Bocas del Toro with Air Panama. Red Frog Surf Hostel is located a few blocks away from the Bocas del Toro airport, about a 5-minute walk. If you require transportation, taxis are available on the island.
Public transportation
From Panama City, you can take a 10-hour bus ride departing from Albrook Terminal to Almirante, the closest mainland point to Red Frog. From Almirante, take a half-hour water taxi ride to Red Frog.
