Registration
Any entry in the Surf School will be based on the registration form attached, which must be completed by the concerned person or his/her parent or legal guardian for minors.
Course cancellation
Any cancellation or modification must imperatively be notified by registered letter to Messanges Surf School and will be subject to the following conditions. l will get in contact with the host and to comply with its cancellation policy.
— More than 30 days before the date of arrival, 30% will be retained as compensation of the total amount.
— Between 30 days and 15 days before arrival, 50% of the total stay
— No show or waiver to stay less than 15 days before the stay amounts to a cancellation. The stay will be due in full.
In case of bad weather conditions (lack of waves too rough seas, pollution ..,) , any lesson cancelled will be postponed in agreement with the trainees: replaced with alternative activities, deferred to a later date or refunded if no alternative.
Responsibility of the School
Trainees will be supported by Messanges Surf School and therefore by the responsibility of its instructors during the surf courses. The civil responsibility of the Surf School concerning its students, ceases outside the surf courses.
It is highly recommended for clients not to leave any valuables in the changing room (money, watch, phone ,…). The Surf School is not responsible for loss or theft of objects in its premises.
Insurance
The surf school subscribes to a civil liability insurance for all risks associated with the teaching activity and other services offered by the surf school. It covers damage and injury which the school would be held liable towards third parties
School commitment
The school is committed to respecting the Quality criteria of the QUALITE TOURISME label in terms of quality care, education, supervision and safety.
All equipment required to practise the activity will be provided by the surf school during surf lessons.
Clients commitment
By enrolling the Surf School, all surfers including minors and their parents accept the risks associated with surfing in normal practices. The client undertakes to notify any health problems.
