Reservation deposits of 25% of the total or less For administrative reasons, there will be no refund on reservation fees.

If you cancel more than 14 days prior to date of arrival you will not loose your deposit. This deposit will be valid for this same destination during 12 months (for the same package and number of people)

If you cancel within less than 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit is lost.

If early departure for injury or different reasons, the client will have to pay for the services used and number of nights directly at destination. The deposit paid to Nomadsurfers as reservation fee, cannot be used to pay the services and accommodation used.

Nomad may post random action photos/videos of activities on our website and social media sites.  You are granting permission to Nomad to use photos/videos that may include your child. At any time you can contact Nomad if you wish to be removed.
