Please give us maximum details:
- Destination required
- Type of package
- Number of persons
- Dates and number of nights
- Accommodation option (shared, double, etc.)
- Any other special request

Booking

Check availability first !
Make a transfer with the requested % of the total of the camp according to destination.
You can pay in 3 different ways:
1. By Credit Card
2. By Bank Transfer
3. Through Western Union

Once the booking payment done, fill in thebooking form here!

Cancellation

For administrative reasons, there will be no refund on reservation fees.
Booking fees paid and not used will remain valid for this same destination during 12 months (for the same package and number of people), if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the start of the camp ! If not the deposit is lost.

If the full payment has been done for the trip, we will refund you as follows:
- 30 days or more before your arrival: 75 % refund
- 29 to 15 days before your arrival: 50 % refund
- 14 to 1 day before your arrival: no refund

If early departure for injury or different reasons, the client will have to pay for the services used and number of nights directly at destination. The deposit paid to Nomadsurfers as reservation fee, cannot be used to pay the services and accomodation used.
